Production builder structure
This screen shows the actual step sequence from the active builder configuration. Step IDs and ordering remain protected because navigation, validation, and conditional logic depend on them.
Protected for now: reordering, adding/removing steps, and changing internal step IDs. We can expose customer-facing step labels later only after verifying exactly where each label is consumed by the production builder.

Production logic reference
This screen documents the major rules currently enforced by the production builder. It is intentionally read-only. The actual compatibility, validation, pricing, electrical and navigation logic remains code-controlled.
Model & HorsepowerCore
- 10 Series: gas motors up to 9.9 HP.
- 12 Series: gas motors up to 20 HP.
- 14 Series: gas motors up to 40 HP.
- No Motor is available on all three boat sizes.
- Remote steering is available only where the selected model and seating layout support a console.
Middle PontoonAutomatic
- Included automatically where the selected motor/steering package requires it.
- 10 & 12 Series Honda gas packages use the required middle-pontoon rule.
- All 12 Series remote-steer packages require the middle pontoon.
- 14 Series Navy 6.0 requires the middle pontoon.
- 14 Series Navy 3.0 does not require the middle pontoon.
Battery & ElectricalSmart logic
- Battery & Electrical is hidden when no customer decision is needed.
- ePropulsion primary systems use their dedicated propulsion battery architecture.
- ePropulsion + bow mount automatically includes the separate bow-mount electrical system in the displayed bow-mount price.
- 24V systems can supply compatible 12V audio without automatically adding a separate $200 accessory battery/box package.
- PowerDrive can reuse an existing compatible 12V battery/box supplied by gas or Traxxis 55 packages.
- Terrova packages include the required 24V battery system and aluminum battery box.
Battery Storage & ChargingConditional
- Standard plastic battery box is included for normal 12V packages.
- Minn Kota Power Center is available where the 12V package supports it.
- Aluminum battery-box upgrades are offered where applicable.
- A second 12V battery requires compatible storage; incompatible plastic/Power Center selections are resolved through the aluminum-box path.
- Dual battery switch and 2-bank charger are available with the applicable dual-battery 12V aluminum-box setup.
Seating & Seat ColorConditional
- 12 & 14 Series require a Steering Controls choice before seating: Tiller or Steering Console.
- 10 Series is tiller-only and does not show the steering-control filter.
- Seat Color is required whenever the build includes seats.
- Seat Color is hidden for No Seating.
- Gray & Red is unavailable when the layout includes a bench, couch or captain's seat.
- Changing seating clears a seat-color choice if that color is no longer valid.
Cup HoldersAutomatic quantity
- Quantity is calculated from pedestal-seat count.
- The 14 Series captain's seat counts as a pedestal seat.
- Console layouts reduce the automatic quantity by one because the console already has cup holders.
AudioCompatibility
- Soundbar with Battery Pack remains available regardless of the boat's accessory-power architecture.
- Hardwired audio can trigger the required 12V accessory system when no usable source already exists.
- Marine gauge radio requires a compatible seating/console arrangement.
- Existing compatible 12V/24V electrical architecture is reused where the production rules allow it.
Required Answers & ValidationCustomer flow
- Required core choices include Model, Seating, Gates, Cladding, Bimini, Primary Motor/No Motor and Trailer/No Trailer.
- Seat Color becomes required only when seats exist.
- Audio and accessory extras remain optional.
- Battery/electrical choices are required only when the builder cannot resolve the system automatically.
- Continue blocks only for genuinely required missing answers and directs the customer to the first missing choice.
Quote & Pricing IntegrityProtected
- Estimated MSRP updates from the configured products plus automatic package logic.
- Required/included components can appear in the build summary even when the customer did not select them as standalone options.
- The GHL worksheet audit blocks quote submission when the calculated worksheet does not match the builder state.
- Delivery pricing remains hidden from the customer and is handled by the existing delivery integration.

Why read-only? These rules work together. A seemingly small change can affect pricing, required components, validation or quote output. If a business rule needs to change later, it should be updated deliberately in the production builder and then reflected in this reference screen.

Read-only referenceSubmission & quote workflowThis documents what happens after a customer submits a Pond-Tini build. It is intentionally read-only so CRM mappings, worksheet integrity, delivery calculations and estimate creation cannot be accidentally changed here.

Worksheet & Pricing AuditProtected
- The worksheet includes selected and automatically required components.
- Submission is blocked if the worksheet audit does not match the builder state.
- This protects Estimated MSRP and downstream quote output from silent mismatches.
DeliveryHidden from customer
- Origin: Elm Creek, NE 68836.
- Uses the existing state/mileage pricing integration.
- Same-origin Elm Creek resolves to $0.
- 5-digit ZIP and ZIP+4 destinations are supported.
- Delivery remains hidden from the customer builder.
Customer ConfirmationGHL workflow
- The existing GHL workflow sends the submission receipt/follow-up sequence.
- The confirmation is a submission receipt, not the formal quote.
- The live confirmation email remains untouched until builder rollover.
- The formal estimate is sent separately after review.
After Quote AcceptanceManual process
- GHL notifies Pond-Tini when a quote is accepted.
- Pond-Tini manually moves the opportunity to Quote Accepted.
- Payment/deposit is not requested through GHL.
- Pond-Tini manually updates the opportunity again when the boat is delivered.
- No automated HIN, deposit, payment or fulfillment workflow is active.
